Manipulations for telephone MOTOROLA

 

Model: All Motorola

 

1. Take the SIM card out of your handset and replace it with your new SIM card. Turn your phone ON
2. Your screen will now show "ENTER SUBSIDY CODE"
3. You can now enter the unlocking code we have sent to you.

 

If the phone does not ask for the code then try the following:

 

1. Insert the new SIM card.
2. Turn on your handset.
3. Press and hold the * key until a box appears.
4. Enter *#32#
5. Press OK
6. Enter the unlock code
7. The handset is then successfully unlocked.

 

WARNING: if one of these messages appear:

 

* CONTACT SERVICE PROVIDER
* TAMPER ALTER
* WAIT BEFORE ENTERING SPECIAL CODE
* CONTACT SERVICE

 

Seeing any of these messages means that either you or someone else has already entered too many wrong unlock codes. If this happens, leave the phone turned on with the message showing. In approximately 40 minutes to 2 hours, the message ENTER SPECIAL CODE will reappear. Simply enter the unlocking code we provided to you.
